Changes compared to version 4: Changes and additions compared to original version: ( Philips V37 )

  • The Filebrowser can now display 50 characters in one line while exploring the Data CD (in original version it has been restricted to 12 chracters). It means Long filenames support with ability to display the special characters from Win-1250 Code Page.
  • Displaying all 256 characters in filebrowser - while exploring data cd/dvd disks (Original version could not display special characters. These special charactrs have been replaced with "_")
  • Slovak language has been added "PREFERENCE PAGE AUDIO , SUBTITLE , DISC MENU"
  • Slovak language has been added "GENERAL SETUP PAGE OSD LANGUAGE.
  • Added text for "SVK" (slovakia) while choosing audio track or title with remote control during the DVD playback.
  • Possibility to choose 4 different fonts of "SETUP DIVX SUBTITLE". In combination with white/yellow colors and background it gives you 16 different styles.
  • Subtitle - example 1 white with black outline

  • Now you can change the style of Divx subtitles while playing the movie using the "RETURN/TITLE" button.
  • Added functionality to move the Divx subtitles up or down on the scale from -6 to +24% on the vertical line.

  • Added functionality to show running ID3-TAG Info on front VFD display during MP3 playback - activation with button "RETURN/TITLE" of the remote control.

  • Added functionality to change the look of OSD Info (DVD, VCD, SVCD) for button "OSD" on the remote control - under the option "OSD-DVD" in "GENERAL SETUP" menu.
  • The MP3 ID3 TAG is displayed in bottom part of the screen. It is able to display up to 30 characters (in original version it has been restricted to 12 chracters) with support for the special characters from Win-1250 Code Page.
  • Ability to display the special characters from Win-1250 Code Page within the MP3 ID3-TAG Info running on VFD display situated on the front panel of the device.
  • Added functionality to enable or disable info texts TITLE, ARTIST, ALBUM , while playing MP3.

  • Added functionality to enable or disable AUTOMATIC TIMING for AVI with the subtitles. Under the option "AUTOMATIC TIMING" in "GENERAL SETUP/SETUP DIVX SUBTIT." "AUTOMATIC TIMING".
  • Change the option "OSD-DVD" in "GENERAL SETUP" menu - the standard look of this function can still be used while pressing the "OSD" button for more than 2 seconds.
